Prices are displayed in USD. Product pages describe the offered materials, dimensions and finishes. Screen settings may affect perceived color. Please contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the amount presented at checkout through the payment method selected. An attempted payment does not by itself establish order acceptance. Where an order is accepted, its confirmation and fulfillment details will identify the accepted purchase. Contact us with any questions about payment or order status.
Shipping and fulfillment
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The daily cutoff is 07:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time), year-round without daylight-saving adjustment. Orders received before the cutoff start processing that business day; orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays start the next business day.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before sending anything, then dispatch within 14 calendar days of authorization. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. These conditions do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Photos may help us assess an issue. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective goods; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and original free shipping is not deducted from refunds. Returns are inspected on receipt. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us to agree on a refund or replacement for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. Follow the care information for your product. Keep ashtrays on stable surfaces, away from children and pets. Never leave burning material unattended; ensure contents are fully extinguished and cool before cleaning.
